By accessing or using Speca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Speca.
Service Description
Speca is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for interior designers to manage product specifications and project budgets. The platform provides tools to streamline your workflow and keep your projects organised.
Key features of Speca include:
- Product link parsing — automatically extract product details from external URLs
- Specification management — organise and maintain product specifications across projects
- Budget tracking — monitor project costs and keep spending within targets
- Project collaboration — work with team members and share project data
We continuously improve and update Speca. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the platform evolves. We will notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the service.
User Obligations
When using Speca, you agree to the following obligations:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and using the service
- Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others
- Do not misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt its operation or access data belonging to other users
- Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from Speca beyond the intended functionality
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use, please contact us immediately.
AI & Parsing Disclaimer
Speca uses automated data extraction, powered by artificial intelligence, to parse product information from external links you provide. This technology analyses web pages and attempts to extract relevant product details such as names, prices, dimensions, and images.
This automated process may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated results. External websites change their structure frequently, product information may be updated without notice, and AI-based extraction is inherently imperfect.
Speca does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data obtained through automated parsing. You are solely responsible for verifying all parsed information before relying on it for business decisions, client proposals, or purchasing.
We recommend always cross-checking parsed product data against the original source before using it in your projects.
Intellectual Property
Our property
Speca and its original content, features, functionality, code, and design are owned by Speca and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written permission.
Your data
You retain full ownership of the data you upload, create, or store on Speca. This includes your project information, specifications, budgets, and any other content you provide.
By using Speca, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Payment Terms
Speca offers subscription-based pricing with both monthly and annual billing options. A free tier is available with limited features and usage caps.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are displayed in euros and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. We will notify you in advance of any price changes.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
Limitation of Liability
Speca is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of Speca is limited to the total amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your paid subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Speca if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, unless immediate action is required.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for thirty (30) days to allow you to export it. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Speca shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
